Hi! I’m Jodi.

I’m a Lunenburg County native with roots in the county predating the Revolutionary War on my father’s side (thanks, Ancestry.com!). I attended Lunenburg County schools and graduted from Virginia Tech in 2001 with a B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics and a concentration in Real Estate.

After working for Southern States Cooperative in Richmond, VA for several years, my husband Chris and I followed our dreams and moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina in 2014. It was there that I finally began nurturing my passion for real estate by working as an Executive Assistant for an experienced, top-producing solo agent. My time spent learning the operations and marketing aspects of the business, along with providing luxury-level service, greatly influenced my journey towards helping my own clients achieve their goals.

Over the course of my real estate career, I have:

• Provided white-glove service to over 150 clients, from initial contact to the closing table and beyond, with experience both as an agent and as a licensed director of operations, having represented 20+ top-producing agents in NC and VA;

• Created engaging and effective marketing campaigns for all facets of real estate, from 1/4-acre vacant lots to $3+ million oceanfront luxury homes, and everything in between;

• Became a licensed Real Estate Broker in NC (2021) and Salesperson in VA (2023)

You could say that I love Southside Virginia to the beach and back: my parents still reside in the home that my sister and I grew up in, and my husband and I relocated to the area to enjoy more quality time with them in 2022. This move has brought about a sense of comfort and peace that only one’s hometown can provide: whether it’s effortlessly navigating the winding back roads, or knowing properties by name and not just address, there’s no place like home.
